At The Whistling Kettle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium loose leaf tea and brewing accessories. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your tea is unopened and in its original packaging, or that your tea accessories are unused and in their original box.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in a shipping box with your Return Authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return back to our warehouse via your preferred carrier; once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
